Cheese Zucchini Crisps
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 small unpeeled zucchini
1/4 butter
Combine crumbs, cheese, and seasoning; Place in plastic bag. Cut zucchini in 1/2 stips and dip in butter. Then shake in bag of crumbs to coat. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp.
