Iced Coffee

Make coffee double strength(vary with taste) and pour hot coffee over plenty of ice in tall glasses.

As the ice melts, it will dilute the coffee.

Top the glass with ice cream.

    You can also freeze coffee in ice cube trays and use those if you don't want to make it extra strong.
