Onion Pie
2 cups sliced onions
6 strips bacon
salt and pepper
Pastry for one pie
line a pie with pastry.
fill with thinly sliced onions.\
Season with salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons water.
Lay strips of bacon over the top
bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
