Salad #5

Cracker Salad

18 Saltine crackers
1 1/2 cups tomato Juice(seasoned with salt, pepper, and sugar)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped olives or pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Crush crackers, breaking into 4 or 5 pieces. Add chopped celery and the olives or pickles. Season tomato juice with salt, sugar, and pepper. Pour juice over crackers. add mayonnaise and mix slightly.
Serves six.
