Mashed Potato Candy
1/2 Cup mashed potato
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 Cup peanut butter
Mix warm mashed potato with sugar. Roll out in an oblong shape and spread with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into slices.
