1 pound walnuts finally chopped
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons flour
6 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Gradully add sugar and continue to beat until well blended.
Sift flour lightly over beaten whites and fold in with a wire whisk.
Add vanilla and nuts and blend into mixture.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets and 2 inches apart.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Remove from pan at once.
