Salad #3

Beet and Apple Salad

2 cups cooked beets, diced
2 cups raw apples, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cups chopped nuts
Parsley

Mix together lightly the beets, apples, and eggs.
Add salad dressing and garnish with nuts and parsley.
