Dessert #11

Honey Refigerator Ice Cream

3/4 cup honey
3 eggs well beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oney to boiling point ans slowly add to well beaten eggs.
Add salt.
Beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until thick.
Cool and add whipped cream and vanilla.
Pour into 2 freezing trays and freeze.
Stir once during freezing.
